Bright, spacious, modern and clean apartment that left nothing to be desired (apart from the lack of a kettle), two large balconies under palm trees. Great location, Migros and bus stop around the corner, beach/old town/boat landing stage very easy to reach on foot. We would book again at any time, for us the best accommodation in Ascona so far, highly recommended! Our daughter also felt very comfortable, spacious children's room with access to the balcony.

The apartment was very clean. The location is great. I found the furnishings a bit too cold. I didn't realize that there was no hairdryer in the apartment.

This apartment impresses with its spacious layout and furnishings. I would particularly like to emphasize the excellent care provided by Ms. Forni. The bedding, especially the pillows could be optimized (too hard).

The handover went very well, we were able to get into the apartment earlier because I was already spending a week's holiday alone in Lugano and had to hand it in in the morning. My husband then followed to Ascona. The apartment was cleaned very clean, we found nothing to complain about. WiFi could be better.

Spacious apartment in a good location. A few minutes walk from Migros/Coop, Lido, Piazza and center. 2 large balconies with furniture. Everything in good condition and clean.

Apartment is spacious on a busy road. On the mezzanine directly to the street. We were welcomed very well and looked after very well. The kitchen could be better equipped. (Little crockery) The apartment was very clean, but had a small plague of ants.

This apartment is very good value for money. One problem is the deafness, you can't do anything about it. But the apartment would need a carpenter, you can't close the door in the parents' bedroom, the balcony door in the kitchen area is stuck, the sink base cabinet is stuck, etc., but these are almost only minor things.

The accommodation is simple, equipped with the essentials and was clean. Check-in and check-out was uncomplicated. Unfortunately, the somewhat older building is really very, very poorly soundproofed and therefore it was often very loud.
