The apartment totally met my expectations. Everything you needed was there. Was clean and quiet. Very friendly reception by Mrs. F. Very accommodating also regarding arrival time. Also received good tips on excursions etc. As a guest I felt completely at ease. A big thank you. Hans PSO

Easily accessible by public transport. You can't ventilate the bathroom well and the hip bath is very old. A shower would be more beneficial. Nice big balcony with evening sun. Beds are comfortable and integrated into the wall unit and can be folded up. Unfortunately, there is no kettle and no coffee machine only one with a filter, which is not worth it if only one person drinks coffee. There are tickets for the bath lido Ascona. WiFi available.

We stayed a week in Ascona in a small functional apartment with a nice balcony, located in a quiet street. The apartment is equipped with everything you need to cook, only downside, we found it a pity that there is no oven, apart from the kitchen with everything you need to cook and separated from the bedroom, which is very pleasant. Ascona is a beautiful region. The apartment is ideally located for getting around on foot or by public transport. Friendly receptionist.

the bathroom should be replaced by a shower cabin as in apartment 205. the new bed and the additional small sofa is very good. since it is very hot in summer, a fan would be nice. .. Weak point Key handover at 4.00 p.m., since I arrive early (Gotthard Pass) it is too long a waiting time. 2pm would be perfect.

Very good value for money, warm and professional welcome, it would be good to remind everyone arriving at a certain time (11 p.m.) to respect a certain silence, especially on the balconies, especially in summer with the windows open.

The apartment is ok for one person, is clean and has almost everything you need. Too bad it doesn't have an espresso machine, take one from home. Defects: shower head holder loose, needs to be tightened. Please replace the drying rack, it's very old. .. it's a pity that you only get the apartment key at 4:00 p.m. sharp. Since I have to leave early because of the Gotthard traffic jam, it would be nice if you could get the key at 1 p.m. Maybe you can organize something there, I've booked again for 2019.

The apartment is near the lake, shops and bus stop are nearby, it is cheap, functionally equipped and furnished. The furniture is partly getting a bit old. There is free WiFi in the house. The roof terrace faces east, invites you to have breakfast, but there are only 2 tables. Unfortunately, the house is very badly soundproofed, neighbors from all sides can be heard well, the garbage truck came every morning at 7 a.m. with loud rumbling, renovation work was taking place in the house - conclusion: little sleep for people who don't have a sound sleep. Ascona itself and Ticino - really great!
