Casablanca EG Apartment 2

The weather played along, so we were always able to have breakfast on the terrace with great weather and a panoramic view of the lake! The apartment was larger than what we expected from the pictures. Everything was perfectly prepared when we arrived. Very big compliments to the manager Ms. M. She took great care of us. when we wanted a little change. Only the house number given on the arrival information is wrong. It's the 98 (not the 97!) That should be changed please.

The only flaw! There were a lot of ants in the kitchen.

Very quiet. Beautiful garden, fantastic view! Small but very functional bathroom. Our little dog felt very comfortable. Our teenagers loved it too. Finches recommended as soil gets cold quickly.

Everything okay except: - wifi extremely weak, - door lock got stuck, - TV SRF not available!! - a socket torn out of the wall (dangerous for children)

Nice seat with absolute peace. However, no sun in autumn because the house is at the wrong angle. Pity! Apartment clean, beds comfortable. Bathroom very small with small flaws that we reported. An air dehumidifier was running, you could also smell that it was probably damp. Cozy room with a fantastic view! There is no lighting at the dining table. Kitchen small but well equipped (oil, spices etc). Hiking from the house, dog felt comfortable in the small garden. We had a great, quiet vacation.

All in all, expectations were met

Key box document was incorrect. Key box was left in the mailbox and not in the carport.

Beautiful location but too remote. Infrastructure is missing (mini market, bakery) security issues in the apartment: loose socket, mold in the toilet above the window. Information, operating instructions for blinds missing (could not even use them) Would be an advantage if there was a light switch between the bedroom and the living room. Wardrobe in the bedroom is unfavorable. If you have to get out at night... Garden very steep, certainly not a property for families with small children

Very nice, clean apartment on the ground floor with a heavenly view of the lake. We'll definitely be back.

Shower curtain was much too short, reported on Sun, received newer on Mon. In the bedroom, for example on or behind the door, hooks to hang clothes would be great. Not all the dishes in the kitchen were clean. There was only one large wine glass. Despite asking for a second we didn't get another. The water pipes are extremely loud in between. Hissing and cracking! Better description for remote control shutters would have been great. Pool wasn't filled up :-(

Unfavorable in autumn due to shading. Access should mention how many steps to overcome. Difficult for older guests. The payment method for Swiss was very poor. The confirmation was the bank below and that means Deutsche Bank!?
