Attractive accommodation with a small loggia and a wonderful lake view. The covered garden seating area is accessible via the basement exit. Unfortunately, the lawn was not mowed and therefore unusable. The 70 steps were no problem for us. Tip: no suitcases, just shoulder bags. The parking lot is not ideal (a bit narrow).

The apartment is large and spacious, with a wonderful view. The furnishings are functional (some of them are dated), and the floors and railings are of high quality. Cleanliness is poor, and the terrace furniture and kitchen infrastructure could be improved.

The view of the lake is amazing. The house has a lovely atmosphere and is of high quality, with some underfloor heating. We felt very comfortable. It is a terraced house, so cleverly built that you feel like you are alone and have little to do with your neighbours.
