Unfortunately no air conditioning, so you have to sleep with the window open. Because of the train traffic, you are woken up quite early in the morning. The apartment is clean, very new and equipped with good appliances. However, you can't really use the kitchen for cooking, since, for example, bowls or plates are missing. The sofa bed was ok, but a bit wobbly. No balcony furniture. We would only conditionally recommend it.
