Bungalow Isola Premium

We've been coming here regularly for Pentecost for four years, and the location is a perfect place to relax with our young and older children. They spend their free time by the pool, and it's also a great base for hiking, shopping, and swimming trips. The staff is friendly and completely uncomplicated.

It was super cozy again, as always, and we had great weather—what more could you want! The staff was also super friendly and helpful! We'd love to come back!

The mobile home was very nice, and so was the pool. Since the site is very small, everything is close together. The location is very good, with many excursion destinations within easy reach, even if it's not directly on the lake.

The campsite is a bit out of the way. Dogs are welcome and it's a great place for walks. The bungalows are practical, clean, and well-maintained. There was plenty of space by the pool. Very friendly staff. The shop could have more products; most of the shelves were empty. We'll be back next year.

The bungalow was clean and equipped with basics, and the covered porch was very handy. Good childrens playground. As for the camping ground in general, we found the shop Not open, the pool Not open being worked on, the restaurant .... we struggled to get a drink, and didnt eat there. People and whole place looked a bit untidy, and rubbish piles next to overfull bins. Could be an awrsome camp, but needs a management that is present. .. Not good.

Overall stay was okay. The property is at a good location surrounded by nature. The bungalow was good having all basic amenities including kitchen aids and towels. Issue was neither of the contact number of the property was working. We had a big trouble with the TICINO ticket issued by the camp. They were invalid when inspected by the ticket checker in the train. When we called from Lugano station as usual the call and email were not answered. We had to buy tickets to return to the camp.

We felt very comfortable. The whole complex is clean and well-maintained. The pool is also clean. The pizzeria is highly recommended. Friendly staff, very good food. The shop is very small, more like a kiosk with very little choice. The bungalows are clean and equipped with the essentials. Unfortunately the TV didn't work. Unfortunately, no one cared, even after complaining several times. We would be happy to come back.

Great accommodation, very friendly staff, concerned about our well-being. Nice big pool. At the end of the season, a lot of things needed repair. A pane of glass to the terrace had shattered and was hastily nailed over with a piece of chipboard. Lots of broken glass. We wouldn't have been able to enter the bungalow without good shoes. They apologized and said that everything would be repaired after the end of the season. We would have liked at least a small price reduction for that. Apart from that, very nice.

Parking at our bungalow was not next to the house. Had to park further away on unpaved ground. You always had dirty shoes in the car. No TV, no safe, no broom and shovel, no vacuum cleaner, no wine glasses. On the terrace a table for 2 people, it was not possible to receive visitors. Beach chairs at the pool cost SFR 5 per day, the pool was dirty. Traveled home earlier, tourist tax was not refunded.

Camping and bungalow are great. The friendliness of the staff at reception, bar and restaurant. They are very nice and attentive people. The facilities are great with the pool and the surroundings. In the new bungalow you can do glamping like in a picture book

Nice and relatively new bungalows. Small and beautiful facility. In the bungalows there should still be a broom, shovel and broom and a larger table on the terrace. The pool was unfortunately not cleaned and therefore rather dirty.

Very pleasant stay, we would love to come back. We all liked it very much.
