Upper floor: (steep stair) open living/sleeping room with curtain with 3 beds and satellite TV (flat screen). 1 room with 2 beds. Shower/WC. Large terrace. Terrace furniture. Beautiful view of the lake, the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking at the house. Please note: non-smokers only. Separate entrance. Kitchen/living accessible by stairs. Bedroom accessible by a steep staircase without bannister. Not recommended for the elderly or young children. Wooden floors.

Hiking paths: Flumserberg. Please note: In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. The owner lives on the same property. Animals in the neighbourhood.

Very nice hosts in great surroundings. Accommodation very clean and comfortable. Animals on the farm very trusting - great for the kids. It is about 300m steeply up the mountain to the gondola - not without effort with ski boots and skis. But you can rent a ski safe at the mountain station...

The house is embedded in a beautiful setting and very easy to find. It is also very close to the middle station, which can be easily reached on foot (including ski boots ;)). The apartment is really cozy and offers everything you need, including GWM, which is really not bad... The dining and sleeping areas are separate (1st/2nd floor) and can be reached via fairly steep stairs. The lady of the house is simply SUPER! And the family very friendly. We'd love to come back :)

The kitchen and the rooms are very nicely furnished, very comfortable and everything is available. The location is very good (in the countryside and with animals, but very close to the town and to the middle station of the cable car to the ski area). The hosts are very, very friendly and helpful.

The homeowners were very friendly. The house is well furnished. It's comfortable and clean. When the weather is nice you can see the Walensee and have a beautiful mountain panorama. There was nothing missing.

Original habitat on two floors. Children's room not closed Very average state of cleanliness. Kitchen arranged at a minimum, insufficient and not clean. Dirt unusable oven. No dishwasher. Magnificent terrace. No grill possible.

Authentic apartment in a traditional house close to the ski lift. Quit location with nice views. Great hospitality! Very warm welcome from the hostess. She speaks perfect English. Our children could feed chickens and rabbits and played with the dog. They loved it.
