Centrally located, spacious apartment that is basic and looking a bit dated. Kitchen only has basic amenities (no microwave, kettle only provided on request). We had no working TV for our entire stay, despite being advertised. Also, accommodation does not provide the Lucerne Visitor Pass for travel in the city. Good wifi provision in apartment. Pleasant reception staff but some confusion over which staff are responsible for dealing with issues.

No major fault; but we had booked a three-room apartment with two bedrooms and got a second one with one bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room/kitchen. Fairly good location with proximity to three different shops and bus stop nearby. Barely ten minutes' walk to the train station.

A little slow at check-in, but otherwise everything was fine. It was perfect for our purposes.
