Nice house. Complete and nice and spacious. Very good beds.

The holiday homes are well located in beautiful surroundings.

We came with small children and a dog. The gravel path from the parking lot to our house was very long and steep, and channels had been washed out everywhere by the meltwater and heavy rain. As a result, the entire luggage transport, including pushchairs, was very limited. There are no or very few destinations in the vicinity. Conclusion: In our opinion, this is a good winter holiday accommodation, located right next to the ski area including the ski school.

We really enjoyed the quiet. The house was ideal for 2 people with a dog. It has beautiful hiking trails. We'd love to come back.

The only drawback: transporting the luggage on a steep dirt road. A strip for rolling suitcases would be helpful.

Everything you need is available in the holiday home. Only the worn sofa should be replaced.

Unfortunately it wasn't clean. And the sofa full of hair. The dishes still had marks from the last meal. Too bad. The terrace and the view are awesome.

The Maiensäss in Oberurmein are equipped topo. In the low season you just have to take enough groceries with you, since only the shops in Thusis are open. But you are in an ideal location for a wide variety of hikes on the Heinzenberg. We can recommend the Maiensäss Aclas without hesitation.

The facility is beautiful and very clean. In the vicinity many opportunities for hiking, mountain biking and many attractions. As a family with dogs, it was our first time in the mountains and we wanted to relax for a moment. The view is amazing, having breakfast on the terrace in the sun with an overwhelming view of the mountains. Disadvantage no possibility to park the car directly at the accommodation. Luggage must be towed from parking lot. But you can do that with breaks.

As described on the internet. The front desk was very friendly and had an answer to all questions. Gladly again!

Knives in the kitchen are questionable. None that work properly or are just dull. But otherwise everything is fine.

In all its simplicity it is a good house. The view is great and the house is nice and warm. But the comfort of the kitchen bench and the sleeping accommodation for the 5th and 6th person leave something to be desired. A few extra towels is also recommended. Showering is sufficient but there is not much space in the bathroom. Kitchen equipment is in good order. We thought it was a shame that the Skihütte was already closed or limited open for part of our week. That detracted from our apres-ski fun…

We had a great holiday with family and friends, but the catering industry fell against a big 0. Came to the bar on the last day open, I can come in late in the season. Restaurant closed on Sunday at 6 pm Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday at 4 pm. we were still on the terrace, doors closed and they just left glasses outside until the next day. Friday evening they had a group of diners, we were not allowed to enter the restaurant at all. closed at 5 p.m. on Saturday. Huge disappointment, very sad.

The apartments are now getting a bit old. Most of the electronic devices were replaced. However, what would have been due for a few years were urgently new mattresses in the beds. These feel more like a bathtub than a bed when sleeping. Otherwise everything tip top as always!

Great with the kids. Great ski school. Cozy ambience. Come again.

Simply furnished Maiensäss. 6 sleeping places. We were 3 adults and 2 small children and we loved it. For 6 adults I find it too small. There is also no storage space for food in the kitchen except for the fridge. toilet very tight. You should know that there is only one really small shop where you can buy the essentials, a little more expensive. The view is fantastic and the ski area is great for families with children and beginners. All 6 lifts are T-bar lifts. Come again.

The chalet was very clean, great view. Big enough for 5-6 people. The chalet would be even nicer if painted white (inside). But we also felt so good. The stove is great too, especially in cold weather.

Unfortunately, the comfort house was like the shell: floors and walls made of chipboard, lights without shades. The cottage is very high, which is totally pointless, especially ecologically. A second floor (sleeps) is missing. The lounge is very small for 6 people. The kitchen, while not poorly equipped, doesn't offer enough space to store groceries. Overall, the accommodation is overpriced for the facilities. Was well cleaned, but various spinning and dust threads on the high ceilings.

We were very happy with the accommodation at the and had a good time as a family.

A week of relaxation was good and would repeat this again and again in Heinzenberg. A lot of rest....

We had nice holidays. The children had enough space to play outside. The only thing you had to use the car for excursions. But that wasn't too bad for us.

The Maiensäss is well equipped. The facilities are in good condition. Everything was clean. At the reception we were received very nicely. Checking in and out is quick.

Simple but with everything you need!

The chalet is very cozy, clean, has everything you need. On the terrace you can have a wonderful breakfast and relax in the sunshine. In the evening it gets a bit chilly because the shadow comes. Mountain view uniquely beautiful! The only deficiency is the way to the chalet. You have to be aware that you can't drive directly to the house (!) and that the path is quite steep and covered with gravel (not ideal with a trolley case, but it works).

A bit remote, but great views and close to the Patrutgsee (great trip with kids). Wonderful to relax.

Very nice cottage, ideal for 2E/2K. For 6 people it could be a bit cramped. Simply furnished, but everything you need is there, without Schnigg-Schnagg! Request for a house on the edge was honored, however we were not told it was a pet friendly house.

The beautiful location of the Maiensässdörfli is unique, beautiful, bordering on the multicolored flower meadows that I remember from childhood days. Ideal for spending hiking holidays with your dog. Thank you for such a great offer.

Always relaxing to spend a week in Oberurmein! With the view and the good furnishings in the cottage, you can spend wonderful holidays. The area offers numerous hikes (without railways).

We were in the comfort house. (parents and 1 child). The reception is only open 1 hour per day, but everything went perfectly. The advertisement says that there is a washing machine in the house, but this is not true. It has an external wash house for all holiday guests. It wasn't bad for us. You should take kitchen utensils with you from home, as there are few (dishwasher taps, sponge, household paper, serviettes) I personally find the house too small for 6 people. The stay was very good.

We spent our holidays at house number 12. It was a fight, for example suitcases, food to be unloaded and loaded up to the holiday home. My suggestion is to have small cars available to transport things without any problems Pärli where arrived at holiday home no. 13, how things were transported, they are totally broken.

For our family, including the dog, everything was fine. From the large terrace, to the clear and very well equipped kitchen, to the rooms and above all to the numerous cupboards and shelves. (The peace and the view from the far end were added free of charge, as was the very friendly "reception")

There is a large closet between the kitchen and the living room. This makes the room a bit uncomfortable and disturbs the cozy sitting in front of the stove. Otherwise a great place to stay. In particular, the terrace overlooking the mountains is fantastic!

Everything is fine, the only thing I don't think is cool is when you have to carry the whole thing down and up again :-) That's the only thing that should be improved. For example electric carts or something. Otherwise everything is wonderful ;-)

Nice detached houses, gently sloping, great location, close to the ski lift and restaurant. Functionally furnished, offers enough space for 4 people. The only downside: the mattresses on the beds are very soft. Should be exchanged if necessary.

Ski vacation with family and smaller children, absolutely perfect. You can't drive with the Comfort... this information in advance would have made our packing a little different. We will be back.

The house is beautiful, practical and comfortably furnished, nothing is missing. The comfort Maiensäss are within walking distance of the ski lift. In the small shop you can stock up on all the necessary groceries. Below our house and on the square in front of it, the children could build igloos and sled. Only the WLAN connection seems a bit narrow, since many Maiensäss holidaymakers seem to share a relatively small bandwidth.

We really liked the small village, it is very child-friendly and is considered to have snow. The accommodation is functional and equipped with all utensils. But it has no charm inside (ski camp style). There are practically no consumables (but there were 2 rolls of toilet paper, 2 dishwasher tabs and 1 rubbish bag with vignette to be paid for and firewood for a fee). You have to bring all other consumables yourself (sugar, salt, fuel paste, etc., etc.).

Clean and well-equipped accommodation, open view of the mountains, sunny. We had a great stay, thank you. The slopes are nearby and the slopes (red and blue) are easy but long and pleasant for everyone. Small improvement to do in my opinion: put the instructions on site in English and French because everything is in German.

We spent a very nice week away from the troubles. The fireplace was great! Plenty of snow and landscape and sun. Easter we come back here.

The holiday cottage in the quiet Maiensäss Oberurmein has fully met our expectations. The new kitchen equipment with everything you need leaves nothing to be desired. The beds and especially the high-quality blankets and pillows are very comfortable. The fireplace provides woolly warmth after a day on the slopes. There is plenty of space for children to play around the chalets.

We are in the Aclas holiday home for the third time and the friendliness and service are great. Everything is always as promised. We will be back.

We found the chalet functional and clean, but we didn't feel comfortable because there was a lack of any loving or beautiful furnishings. It looked sad. Furthermore, it was tedious that you have to leave the mountain for all (summer) activities. I would imagine it's a nice place for skiing.

We really liked Oberurmein. Functional nice accommodation. Bed, - towels should be included for our taste in the juicy daily price.

The concept of the whole facility is aimed at quiet, relaxing days. The wide view of the Bündner Alps, the surrounding nature, the nearby hiking areas and the easy accessibility make holidays in 'Aclas Heizenberg' an experience. If you are looking for full steam and hustle and bustle, this is not the place for you. I'm thinking about when we'll come back.

Everything was very nice and relaxing. The way to the house with luggage is a bit exhausting. A list of existing inventory would be helpful. Otherwise no criticism. Will probably come back as it is centrally located.

Location and view fantastic. Lots of chipboard as seen in the photos. Smudgy furniture. Hard benches. Fluorescent lighting. Light bulbs. Little has been done to make it fun. Lots of vacancy in the park and in the area. In the winter it seems to be busy here, but in the summer it is almost spooky.

Very cute and cozy huts. The kitchen is very well equipped. Perfect for 4 people, rather tight for 5 or 6 people. It is very clean, we were there for the second time and would love to come back!
