Bright and clean apartment with balcony (although a bit small!) Unfortunately, house 7 has a relatively large number of stairs from the garage to the lift, as well as from the outside (= a bit exhausting if you arrive with luggage). A few sockets in the apartment (a multiple plug would help) and poor kitchen equipment (large cups and a kettle would be great). Ms. S. Miggiano (reception) is very helpful and gives good tips. We received the booking for next year very quickly.

Positive: functionally furnished, dishwasher, wooden floors, sunny balcony, washing-up liquid, garbage bags... available. Cross-country ski runs and mountain railways can be reached quickly. Negative: very poorly soundproofed apartment complex without any holiday flair, grey, neon-lit corridors (House 7, App.78-4), no ski boot dryer in the in-house ski room, no elevator from the underground car park to the app floor (sometimes carry suitcases), only one socket in the Living room, directly above the sink. Very small for 2 people

Staff very nice as always. But I would not recommend this apartment. Broken shower curtain. Closet door and wardrobe was missing screws, hardly any sockets, stains on armchairs and pillows. There is a flat screen but no Swiss channels and the other channels have a fluttering picture. As a non-smoker, the balcony next door could not be used because of chain smokers. Insufficient partitions.

Kitchen utensils from the 70s, generally only equipped with the bare essentials and no sharp knives / elms. The apartment was very dusty

The apartment was nice, great view. The kitchen was very small, no storage space and the extractor fan didn't work. Unfortunately we didn't have a table on the balcony either. But all in all it was a very nice stay. The care was very good.

Margun residence always welcoming, perfect home for our needs, very pleasant furnishings. Efficient and friendly reception. The only flaw is the often absent or intermittent wi-fi connection!

The condition of the apartment was poor. The furniture in the kitchen was partly broken. Faucets in the bathroom very stiff. Service work should be carried out urgently. Also the number of crockery was very poor. The reception informed us that the apartment had changed hands just before we arrived. We assume that the shortcomings can be traced back to this circumstance.

Overall pleasant accommodation with small flaws: quite cramped (no problem alone, with two it will certainly be awkward at the table without shelves etc.). Despite the elevator, there are a few steps to climb - but that's not really a problem on a sporty ski holiday. There was an oven but no casserole dish. WiFi had occasional dropouts
