Exit to the balcony, south facing position. 1 room with 1 double bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (85 cm, length 180 cm), 1 x 2 bunk beds (85 cm, length 180 cm), bath/WC.

In principle, the apartment has a nice layout and is very well located. We found the equipment with two separate bathrooms to the bedrooms very pleasant. Unfortunately, the apartment is very old and in need of renovation. The windows are no longer sufficiently thermally insulated when it is storming and snowing outside. The kitchen needs an urgent renovation and opening, nothing for people with claustrophobia. The equipment of the kitchen is basically good.

poorly cleaned: coffee machine still with a used filter, calcified water taps, calcified washbasin, bathtub not clean, toilet not cleaned under the rim (!), light switch, animal hair, etc. Apartment is cute and cozy, practically furnished, everything tip-top if you would be neater.

Very nice, cozy and quiet apartment, kitchen very well equipped. Very good location in Sils Maria, near Volg and recreation area. We recommend taking or renting bikes. It was practical that our teenagers' bathroom was integrated into their room.

Beautiful location. Price a little high. Perhaps the bathrooms and the kitchen would need to be redone given the cost. Overall still a nice spacious apartment.

We found an extraordinarily beautiful, large Swiss apartment with a raised ceiling, fully furnished, in a good location, quiet, friendly neighbors, spent a varied hiking week there and will be happy to repeat something like that!!

Two separate bedrooms, each with an attached bathroom - perfect for two families with one child each, like we are. Living room big enough for 6 people, only the kitchen is too small for two cooks who work at the same time. And the door cannot be opened when the dishwasher is being loaded or unloaded. But you get used to it. Otherwise perfect: quiet, clean, everything there!

Fridge noise pollution from a constantly running compressor. Heating No description of the central heating control. Switches to absent after a period of time. Thermostat in the children's room cannot be operated (bunk bed prevents access)
