The apartment is beautifully decorated in Engadine style. The kitchen does have a new oven, microwave and stove, but otherwise the kitchen is very poorly equipped with utensils. For example, no bread basket, butter dish, mixing bowl, etc. Also no games, no pen, no notepad... All just small things! We would still book the apartment again.

The apartment is nice and bright. Two things we would definitely improve are an outside light that automatically turns on in the dark when you go down the steep outside stairs to the house. Going down these steep stairs without light in the dark can be dangerous. In the apartment, the stairs leading to the upper floor are also extremely steep. This should definitely be pointed out in the description of the apartment, as it is not suitable for older people/small children.

The apartment is close to cross-country ski trails and has direct access to hiking trails. Beautiful water sounds of the river provide a relaxing atmosphere. Pure enjoyment on the terrace. The apartment has two bathrooms and well-equipped kitchen: big freezer (!), indoor grill, and fondue set. We had 2 cars and made use of the garage and parked 1 car in front of it. Only problem: the steep hill to the house which was very icy. Difficult for walking disabled people. We will definitely come back.

However, not optimally accessible by car. Key handover in St Moritz; uncomplicated but to be calculated. A second key (garage) would also be useful. Otherwise we were very satisfied.

Good, but too expensive compare with eg apartment... NB Light in the fridge is broken. Bathtub set on the 1st floor leaking.

Slightly below the access road. The last few meters of the house can only be reached on foot via a narrow street.

We found that the collection of the keys is complicated, you have to go to St. Moritz. We are more used to having boxes with a code and the keys inside it is much more practical. The apartment conforms to the description (the mezzanine is open and its staircase hangs, the garage is well 300m away) The view from the apartment is pretty and it has charm with pretty woodwork.
