The apartment is too expensive. Old uncomfortable furniture, broken toilet flush and generally only satisfactory condition.

Central location in St. Moritz Bad with lake view. Elevator available. Underground parking space available, but no transmitter for the gate opening. Noisy environment, even at night. Large sofa, Swisscom TV. Closets and furniture very worn. Beds are narrow and crack with every movement. Uninterrupted sleep impossible.

Building stores a lot of heat and smells a little like sewage in summer. On the other hand, it is very clean, functional, well located in relation to public transport and shops. The shower curtain is a little short compared to the width of the bathtub. It has all the utensils for cooking. Maybe one more pan will help. However, the water heater could be changed. Very nice for a couple.

This apartment is very well located for people on a ski holiday. Ski bus stop very close to apartment. It is adjacent to the lake. Food shopping just becide. Ski room & lift . Safe secure entrance to warm, well equipped, modern clean apartment. Comfortable beds and good strong shower/ bath. We are an Irish couple who visit many self catering apartment and this is probably the nicest one to date. Cost of living is expensive and this is one way of making St.Moritz affordable.

This is someones own apartment and it is roomy well maintained and comfortable. It has pretty much everything you need(supermarket in front and behind, very close). There is a view of the lake which is easy to access. Buses are nearby. It was much nicer than I remembered in the pictures! Please read the costs carefully as there are mandatory cleaning and laundry fees - about £100 for a 3 day stay. They aren’t hiding it you might just miss it.
