The apartment is a bit old and the bathroom is quite small for 4 people, but the location for skiing is very good. You can almost drive up to the apartment. The bus stops are also easy to reach. All the necessary cooking utensils for simple meals were available, but you have to bring your own spices, salt, etc. The only thing that was awful was the St. Moritz winter service for pedestrians, but that's the fault of the municipality and not the apartment...

The apartment was small but comfortable except in the third room where the heating didn't work properly and it was cold. You couldn't turn the heating up any higher.

The holiday apartment is in a quiet but central location with a wonderful south-facing panoramic window in the dining room and a view of the mountain opposite. The decor reminds me of my youth in the 80's. Bathroom and kitchen are very small, but everything you need is there. The Coop and the vicinity and the bakery have spoiled us with culinary delights. We would rent this apartment again.

The kitchen is very modern and well equipped. A big advantage is that the apartment is very well located! Right next to the ski slope, this is our third time in Chesa Arlas. It would be nice if the sofa was replaced because it had already worn out! Garage is too small for a normal car maybe for a Smart it would still fit. We always had to (fight) for our parking space as it only has 3 spaces. Ms M... was very friendly grazcha fich!

I'm happy with the apartment but the way to the apartment is too arduous if traveler don't have a car because the apartment is on the mountain and there is no proper footpath. It would be better if there is a shower gel and more than one toilet paper like in the hotel.

We were very satisfied with the apartment, especially with the location regarding the accessibility of the ski slope (we only had to walk up the street for about 200 m, we could then put on our skis, drive between the houses in the direction of the slope; on the way back we could walk up to drive in front of the house). The only flaw was that the heating in the bathroom could not be turned up properly and the children's room could not be heated at all. But this didn't bother our young people.

The apartment is no longer up to date (70's) except for the kitchen! We had been allocated a garage, but the size of the garage no longer allows entry for today's standard car!!! The outdoor seats (3) were all always occupied!! A big advantage of the apartment, the direct access to the ski slope!
