Simple but practical holiday home. Very well equipped. Small room upstairs ideal for younger children. Great starting point for excursions, hikes and jogging. Unfortunately a bit dark and no balcony. But it didn't bother us because the weather was always good and we were outside.

Everything was really available in the apartment. Everything clean and usable. The facility has of course signs of wear, but intact. The stairs to the upper beds (didn't use them) are very steep and not suitable for the elderly. But definitely fun for children.

The location for activities around Lake Silvaplana and Corvatsch is ideal. The apartment itself is very dark, old and has dark carpets. It has very small windows with little view. In principle, however, it is functionally equipped.

I recommend everyone Apartment 59-6 in the house of Chas Margun. Helpful staff, great location, clean, fully equipped, clean towels and sheets, elevator, underground parking, ski room! We enjoyed our stay very much.

The apartment is small, but you can find everything that is needed for a family. The only thing I missed was the Nespresso machine (which was lent to us by reception). Mattresses are always a matter of opinion - not so good for us. The defective heating (which was always heating) was promptly repaired by the plumbing. Unfortunately, Wifi does not use encryption and is therefore "insecure"!

The first week of January was ideal as only a few ski students were present. The proximity of the apartment to the Cristins lift has proven itself, especially since no restaurants were open.

Very nice location of the apartment with immediate view of the forest. Very good organization with the reception and everything is perfect, clean and functional. However, the second upstairs bedroom has a fairly steep staircase and the bed location is quite tight; very suitable for children.
