The apartments are pleasant and well equipped, the reception often open and the lady very efficient and multilingual, the residence and the pizzeria Margun next door are linked and you can always eat very good food there.

The location of the accommodation is good, the furnishings of the apartment are old and in need of renovation, some not very hygienic (carpets everywhere, furs, etc., in the kitchen some pans do not fit with the stovetops, etc.... In addition, the taps need to be descaled and the shower replaced WLAN only worked poorly.

Quiet, clean and easily accessible. However: - the apartment has not been redone for a good thirty years the impression is mixed. - there are damaged utensils (chipped glass) already broken and all a useless bric-a-brac. Below a pizzeria. If the pizzas are good, you are automatically charged for mineral water although we ordered aperitifs and wine on the grounds that "this is done in the region. Funny method or, after checking around, this is turns out to be false.

The only thing that has been renewed in the last decades is the TV. The rest was still in its original condition, from the fitted carpet to the kitchen countertops. But the location and the price were good, and the booking was unproblematic.

The apartment is situated in an ideal place for both cross-country and downhill skiers. Favorable price in relation to the size and equipment, although the decor itself could be lighter due to the small windows and location on the lower ground floor. Garage a bit narrow for larger cars - it is difficult to get out of the vehicle if someone is parking next to it.

Nice location, quiet. Good bedding. Spacious and well equipped accommodation. Pizzeria restaurant on site. Excellent pizzas. Tea-room nearby. Free bus to get to Silvaplana. Heartwarming welcome. Magnificent region for hiking at altitude or around the lakes.
