Bright and friendly with plenty of afternoon and evening sun. Good view of the mountain landscape. The gallery is big enough for two people despite the sloping roof. The furniture is outdated and worn, maybe some investment should be made; however, that will probably increase the rent. The kitchen is adequately equipped. We have stayed in the apartment several times and would love to come back.

Bright apartment, evening sun, view of the peaks! Equipment and furniture a bit outdated, but everything is functional and practical. Gallery is very spacious! Stairs a bit steep/not suitable for smaller children.

5 stars for the situation as well as the reception/concierge service! On the other hand, the apartment needs a thorough refresh: Old dark carpet, dark and damaged furniture, sofa and armchairs worn and dirty, staircase at the edge of dangerous, bathroom from the 70s/80s. Very small kitchen, but well laid out apart from the old-fashioned cooking plates. But the apartment was clean on arrival, and S. at the reception is absolutely lovely!

Poor stairs to the upper floor, insufficient heating, between 19 and 20 degrees, dark, shower handle with sharp edges, water taps poor. Lavabo stopper defective. No cloakroom in the hallway furniture, sofa, armchair completely shabby, with greasy unhygienic sheen after countless uses! Worst furniture that we have ever encountered (after more than 20 years of rent) in Utoring.

We had a great stay at Surlej. The free shuttle passing every 20' in front of the residence allowed us to move very easily to Silvaplana for shopping or to take the bus or the postal bus. Excellent value. Restaurant-pizzeria on the ground floor

Overall a facility with a great location. Communication with the reception without comments. Complete apartment equipment. The only drawback is the lack of internet connection in the apartment. The signal was only available in the corridor. Despite the problem with the Internet, the apartment is recommendable.

This is a spacious apartment very close to the ski lifts on the Corvatsch Glacier. It is a good place for a group of 4 people. Fully equipped kitchen and plenty of living space

Apartment with modest decor (dated sofa and armchairs) but functional and with lovely views. Very convenient location for both those who love skiing and walking. Garage (for a fee) essential. A microwave in the kitchen would be much appreciated
