It's actually a good vacation rental and we've always been happy with it. This time, however, there was mold in several places in the apartment, which worried us.

Spacious holiday apartment with a (bare) view of the Untersee. Large living/dining room. Located a little on a slope, parking spaces are available. Coop, Obersee and Untersee and mountain railways are within easy walking distance. There was a slight mold problem in the corner apartment. The shower curtains were moldy, as was the wood above the window. The curtains in the bedroom were stained. The beds were very soft, not for those with bad backs. Hygiene not excellent, but a good, inexpensive holiday apartment.

Cozy apartment, functionally furnished and equipped. In the kitchen you will find everything from a toaster to a fondue pan. Well located, you can get everywhere in 5-10 minutes.

The apartment was spacious and everything you needed was there. Mr. Wettach at reception was very friendly and we felt comfortable. From time to time you can hear the water pipes in the rather older building, but it wasn't extremely annoying. Definitely good value for money.

We (2E,2K(4j+7j) stayed 6 nights and were completely satisfied. Very friendly reception. The apartment offered everything we needed. The location is also good. From the village to the hotel it is just a bit uphill. It is everything possible on foot and we never needed the car. For a longer stay, however, shopping by car could be worthwhile due to the incline and the possible difficult shopping. Since the accommodation is higher up, the view is extremely beautiful. Conclusion: Gladly again!!

The caretaker was very kind and helpful and the kitchen is stocked with everything like kettle, oven, microwave, toaster and table grill for raclette and more! The grocery store is not far to walk. Parking space to choose between uncovered, covered or in the car. The outdoor parking spaces in the summer are free of charge.

good, central location to the town center (approx. 150 meters above sea level); well-equipped kitchen incl. Nespresso machine, good access to the ski slope (blue downhill run) approx. 150m; some snow chains required for fresh snow

The apartment is really nicely renovated and furnished with good new beds. The owners have come up with something. It's a shame, the WiFi ran from Sunday evening to Thursday morning, despite Mr. XXX not. problem outside the home.
