Small but nice - the view is just incredibly beautiful and the furnishing of the apartment is practical and it has everything you need. Short distance to slopes and 10 min to shops. A recommended place to stay!

The apartment is very tastefully furnished. I felt comfortable from the first moment. Hygienic thanks to light wood-look laminate, blue couch, green armchair with cushions and matching pictures. Good TV including radio. Very pretty crockery. Practical and comfortable balcony furniture. Quiet with beautiful views of the mountains. Bathroom nice and clean but hip bath.

We returned with pleasure to this apartment which we already knew from having occupied it on several occasions and appreciated, as on previous occasions, the welcome of the caretaker, the cleanliness of the residence and the studio as well as its calm. However, it is regrettable that access to the bathtub has not been improved, as well as the lighting in the studio, which remains very insufficient.

We felt very comfortable in the small but nice apartment. It was very clean, you can find everything you need. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the ski slope. The manager of the apartments is very nice and friendly. We will be back definitely.

Cozy apartment with a balcony on the 4th floor with a wonderful view over Arosa. Laminate floor in the apartment (very pleasant). Sitz bath rather impractical for us, normal shower would be better. East facing position (ie morning but no evening sun). We knew when booking. Very courteous and friendly caretaker/key holder. top service. Thanks. We really enjoyed the stay.

We had already stayed in this residence and we found with pleasure the same quality of services: reception of the caretaker, cleanliness of the studio and the common areas and great calm of the place. The only criticism that can be made of this apartment is the inconvenient access to the bathtub as well as insufficient lighting in the main room.

It is a very well kept building thanks to a caretaker who is present and attentive both to the cleanliness of the premises and to the needs of the tenants. In addition, our rental enjoyed an exceptional view of the mountains.
