Apartment is minimally furnished. A capsule machine should be standard today. Bad room lighting with loose contact, only 1 of 3 lamps is on. Investment would be appropriate in various places (mattresses, carpet, bathroom lighting)

Excellent location, apartment usable overall. With the exception of the living room, the rooms were fine. The dining table lamp was an absurdity: broken and stained lampshade, hanging down connection cap. Both dining table and coffee table full of stains and wreaths of glasses in the wood (which after 60 years of use - it is about the original furniture from the 1960s - is understandable, but unappetizing.

3 years ago we were in Arosa with our grandchildren for the first time. We were impressed by how many offers and possibilities Arosa offers families with children. Be it pedalo rides, climbing in the rope park, watching real bears, hiking, gondola or chairlift driving... We will definitely be back!

In summer this accommodation is ok. In winter it is not ideal, as there is no bus connection.

Apartment a bit rustic but everything is on site. Excellent value for money and very friendly welcome. Very well located in the middle of Arosa. I will definitely come back because I am conquered.
