This apartment is comfortable. As during our previous stays, we appreciated the calm and the excellent maintenance of the residence resulting from the availability and professionalism of its caretaker, Mr W. It is with regret that we learned of his upcoming retirement.

Large, bright, well-equipped apartment with equally "generous" furnishings. Lots of storage space. Lovely balcony with a view! Relatively quiet location. 10 minutes from the Rathaus bus station or 20 minutes on foot from the train station. Don't forget the good care provided by the caretaker, Mr. W. Perhaps a small tip: providing tabs for the dishwasher and coffee filters would be welcome. (Or will there perhaps be a coffee machine with capsules in the near future?)

You can hardly move in the living room because of the huge upholstered group. A coffee machine for capsules would not be a luxury at today's machine prices.

The welcome is warm, the person who takes care of the reception is really available. The situation of the accommodation is very practical in the summer season but in winter must pose some difficulties to access the ski lifts. Overall very significant, especially the huge balcony, clean but would deserve a thorough cleaning of the sanitary facilities (water flow, limestone shower, bathtub water drainage).

The apartment in Utoring was ideal for us: clean, quiet, big enough, great balcony. The nice reception and the instruction in the apartment were more than exemplary! Sufficient parking spaces, which must be reserved at the same time. There are two (silent) elevators for those who are lazy. In general, the house is very clean and well maintained. The armchairs in the apartment were bulky in the evening when the two fold-away beds were folded out, but we were in a very good position.

The location of the apartment and the large balcony are outstanding, the furniture in the living room is worn out, the covers on the dining chairs are in the process of falling apart, the massive seating set shows worn spots. Overall, the furniture is in need of renewal, with the exception of the beds in the bedroom and the kitchen. The bathroom (wall tiles and floor tiles do not match) and in particular the swollen toilet seat would also need to be renovated. WiFi dropped out very often.

unfortunately for all of us the accommodation was a disappointment. The furniture should be replaced or cleaned. The cleaning was only partially carried out. The traces of the previous tenants were still clearly visible (leftovers, snotty nose)
