Haus Altein Apartment Nr. 4

We were happy with the apartment, we liked the balcony with the view. The kitchen took a bit of getting used to, there were no egg spoons or cake forks, the cutlery was a mishmash, the coating on the frying pans was broken, we preferred not to use them. The cooking pots were also past their best. Nevertheless, we would book the apartment again, it is in a perfect location, it was big enough for everyone. The bathrooms were also very nice.

A stylish, classic chalet appartment in a convienient and quiet location in Davos. Supermarket and bus stop 5 minute walk A good kitchen and bathrooms. Living room was good for up to 4-5 people with a single large sofa and chairs. Fantastic south facing large balcony.

For the 5th time here and every time improvements (such as wooden floor, extra bathroom). We hope to come back for years to come!

We stayed at this property for the second time. The central yet quiet location is great. In addition, the apartment is very spacious. We'd love to come back.

The rooms are large and spacious. Toilets/bathrooms are new - great! The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, appliances etc and a table with 6 chairs so that everyone can eat there. However, it is more comfortable to eat in the beautiful parlor. A long, wide balcony stretches along the apartment with an exit from the living room and two bedrooms - with a lounger, table and chairs, for "Zum's Vieri". We are very satisfied!

Lovely view from the balcony of this older residence; both bathrooms nicely renovated, kitchen very well equipped but a little gloomy. Short walk to two supermarkets. Equidistant from Davos-Dorf and Davos-Platz stations.

A very nice, spacious and well-equipped apartment. Beautiful views and silence are conducive to relaxation and rest. On the plus side, there are two spacious bathrooms and a relatively large kitchen where you can prepare and eat meals. It is a pity that the required special garbage bags with the word DAVOS were not included in the price of the apartment, which was a slight screeching at first!

Well renovated and very pleasant apartment with a huge balcony. Lots of crockery and basic products, too good. Very comfortable bedding. Very nice to have a place in the garage.

We have been coming to Davos for 10 years now and are very happy with this apartment. It is spacious enough for 6 people and ideally located. We will be back again next year!

Great communication. Accommodation in the center, so close to everything. It took me a while to figure out which way to enter the garage. I recommend staying in the off-season, otherwise there must be clouds of people. Combined with the Davos card, it was an ideal holiday.

The apartment met expectations except for 1 major point: the mattresses were very bad (dimple formation and far too soft), causing poor sleep and back problems. Due to the bad mattresses, this stay will be canceled for the future. Also various duvets bad in terms of filling (all on one side). Furthermore, the apartment was not properly cleaned; certainly not considering the price we paid for it. Value for money for cleaning was poor. We had arrived early (in the morning) and had to wait until late in the afternoon for the key transfer because the office was closed: longer check-in times (from the end of the morning) are desired.

The apartment was generally not heated enough. It was often cold. Fr.200.- for cleaning is too much. It only has one bathroom...

Very nice, large apartment, renovated. Location is ideal. Only a few minutes walk to the cross-country ski trail. New underground car park.
