Small apartment with a nice view and functional furnishings. Thanks to the folding beds there is enough space during the day. The kitchen is small (2 hotplates). It had a coffee machine (drip type).

It was the 2nd time to stay here. Very good maintained building, everything works very good. Hot water, wifi, kitchen, beds are perfect. Nice view over Davos from our balcony and a sunny position. The swimming pool with table tennis are a great extra bonus. The host is kind and efficient. For us the place to stay in Davos, next to the walking promenade to the Schatzalp and the Paarsen skilift.

The facility is located in a great location, very close to the ski lift, along a 300m path, on the hillside. We lived on the third floor and the window had a beautiful view of the entire Davos and the neighboring peaks. The apartment itself, although it already had its glory years, but everything was clean, working and good quality. three rooms next door already had a renovated apartment. But I still highly recommend this place. Unforgettable memories, great ski resort and lots of snow.

Perfect location - very close to to the Parsenn funicular, supermarket, bakery and pharmacy - all about 100 m from the apartment. The apartment as it self is very basic, and when it comes to interior design, it is a real time machine - it takes you to the late seventies. It is possible to park your car in the garage, what is an advantage especially in wintertime during snowing. I didn't use swimming pool and sauna, but it is possible.

The apartment was practical with a Murphy bed. Ideal for 1 to 2 people. The kitchen is in the corridor and is sufficient. The bathroom with shower. An elevator leads to the reception and the garage. A beautiful view over Davos.
