1-room apartment 30 m2 on 3rd floor. Simple and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with 2 fold-away beds and cable TV (flat screen). Exit to the balcony. Kitchen (2 hot plates, oven) with dining table. Bath/WC. Balcony 7 m2, east facing position. Beautiful view of the mountains, the valley and the resort.

There is nothing else wrong with the apartment, but the toilet door did not close properly, the lock was broken, the coat hangers on the other side of the door were hanging, i.e. the screws were loose. The towel drying rod in the bathroom, above the tub, at the "foot end", was hanging from the wall, so it was almost detached. A toaster would also be nice and an oven again...Well, it worked but pretty poorly and anyway an upgrade to a newer one would be nice. One of the wall beds creaked. The end of the head was somehow out of place, so the "head board" also had a big creak.

Very quiet location with a distant view to the east and the nature on the mountain side. All rooms have windows. Bright. Great. Very small apartment. No comfortable reading chair (no space). TV: No instructions available; hundreds of TV and radio stations mixed in various languages. TV too big to watch from 2 meters away. Kitchen very poorly furnished. Dining table chairs wobble. Interhome description: 4 hotplates and radio/stereo system. On site: 2 hotplates and no radio, etc. Poor light sources for reading. A shame.

Furnishings old, carpet should be replaced with another floor. Cooker and oven ancient. Location great. Caretaker very friendly. :)

Not the most romantic building from the outside, but with an interesting clinic history. Apartment in a very good location if you want to ski in the Parsenn area. Quiet, central with full facilities. View goes to the east or to the mountain.

Covid 19 - no English, Dutch, German, Few Poles - a small number of skiers on the slopes. The downside is 3 days of non-stop snowfall - the closure of the Parsen slopes
