Our stay this year was every bit as good as in 2023. Great apartment, beautiful views, handy location and Davos Dorf is a peaceful and relaxed destination in late June.

The apartment was comfortable with plenty of space and a fantastic view through the large window. Balcony was also large and well-equipped. Kitchen equipment was fairly old but well maintained and it all worked as it should. Three supermarkets and a great baker nearby so supplies are not a problem. Bed was comfortable but only 1 pillow per person wasn't enough. Reception speaks limited English so bring a little German if you can. Would definitely stay here again.

Great functional and clean apartments with a unique view of Davos and the mountains! Pleasant extras such as indoor pool and sauna. Friendly and helpful staff. Shopping (Spar, Coop, Migros), Parsennbahn and bus stop within a few minutes walking distance. And with a practical ski depot at Paarsenn, you even save yourself having to lug your skis around every day ;-) Deduction for the lack of directions/arrival information and for paying only cash for the parking lot (in 2022!).

The name of the house keeps what it promises. The caretaker, Mr. D.Resetar, is very friendly and helpful. Ideal location for shopping, hiking, bus, train. The rich kitchen equipment can be supplemented by a kettle.

What a wonderful apartment!! Everything was great except for the mattresses, which were way too soft. Seat cushions for balcony chairs are missing. Otherwise perfectly good and clean.

The apartment has a sensational view. It is light and spacious and clean. You also have a great view from the kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped. The handling of moving into and handing over the apartment is uncomplicated and friendly. The only drawback is the sagging mattresses. Otherwise everything is ok.

Well located, magnificent view. Nice table tennis room and table football. As well as the swimming pool. Possibility of sauna use (for 25.- Fr.)

The apartment is very spacious, clean, comfortable and well-equipped with a beautiful view of the surroundings. Fully equipped kitchen (all utensils and kitchen appliances, dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge). Bathroom with a comfortable bathtub, towels and hair dryer. Large balcony with furniture.

We felt in good hands in our apartment on the 6th floor. Everything was in order. For us, the mattresses were a bit too soft and the duvets just too thick (a matter of habit). Otherwise no complaints. We will be back!

we went back to this one bedroom apartment on the 6th floor and, again this year, it was a really good choice: quiet, clean, comfortable and with a magnificent view. ACCURATE INTERIORS: combine traditional furniture with modern furnishings and high-tech comfort. TERRACE large, well furnished (this year fortunately with two excellent deck chairs), facing south and overlooking the mountains and the valley. Here we really relaxed sunbathing and reading a good book. LIFTS: new LOCATION: located above the Parsenn cable car station; the main street is easily reached on foot WiFI (free): it works very well. In summary, we stayed in absolute comfort
