Nice house with indoor pool and sauna. Very good value for money. Nice uncomplicated reception. Apartment suitably equipped. Ideally located for skiing and shopping.

Very nice studio with everything you need. Just note in October there is never any sun on the east side so it is often cooler than the south side. The caretaker Mr. R. is very friendly and helpful. I'd love to come back, mainly because of the indoor pool. Just great.

The location of the accommodation is great. The swimming pool has a beautiful view of Davos. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. We were very happy with everything and would love to come back!

- good location, 300m from biggest ski resort in Davos (Parsen) - ski bus and bahn in close approximity - well equipped kitchen - relatively good standard of flat - relatively comfortable beds - some free sport amenities like swimming pool and table tennis, sauna upon CHF25 payment - nice views from balcony

Our apartment was very clean and comfortably furnished. The kitchen equipment was also very good. Everything is there, what you need on vacation. The towels were changed after a week. Great!!! It was quiet in the house and in the hallway. The swimming pool is a place to relax after a long hike or on a rainy day. The use of the washing machine is great and the cost of 1CHF per wash is a great offer. The caretaker was nice and friendly. Thanks!

A very cozy apartment with a wonderful view of the mountains and Lake Davos! The house is located directly on the squirrel path - it is therefore in a very good, quiet location. Particularly worth mentioning is the wonderful, large and warm swimming pool. The house is very well maintained.

Very nice for two and semi in good condition. A carpet on the entire floor is certainly not always nice. And it's not that the host doesn't know English at all. The location is a bit bad for some, if you don't have a car. The apartment building is located high on a slope, so it can be difficult to carry a heavy shopping bag up, whether it's hot or not... Still, the plus point is that the property manager has a Cooler with soft drinks, beer and wine for sale, so you don't necessarily have to carry them all the way down to the apartment.
