The apartment is very centrally located, offers a great view, is large, but would need to be partially renovated. TB

Very cool apartment, heating doesn't work, no rubbish bag available, could only buy it on Monday,

Atypical apartment, well placed in relation to the center of the village. Splendid view! Pleasant terrace, spacious living room and kitchen equipped with a dishwasher but without an oven. Many cupboards allowing a multitude of arrangements. Low ceiling in one bedroom (attic) and very low entrance in another bedroom. Very poorly insulated, there are some currents. I wouldn't rent it in the winter. Small elevator available to go upstairs, stairs in the apartment.

Accommodation was good. The panoramic window was able to make up for the lack of TV and WiFi to some extent.

Unfortunately, the large windows in the living room had not been cleaned and this in times of the corona virus. The large panes are not sealed, which means that cold and noise penetrate the apartment. 4 mobile radiators must always be running in order to have a comfortable temperature. It was quite dark in the living room because 3 of 4 neon lamps were not broken or missing (were then replaced). Very unsatisfactory was that there is no oven, which significantly limits cooking for 5 people. Pity

As every year, the same advantages and the same complaints such as, for example, no lift to the front door (luggage) and only two TV channels. Apartment is a challenge for small children

Let's start with the positive: from the apartment on the 4th floor you have a fantastic view of the mountains, especially from the living room and the large roof terrace. That's why it doesn't really matter that the TV is mini and there are only 4-5 Swiss programs via a small indoor antenna. There is no internet or WIFI! The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need (fridge, microwave, kettle, toast, coffee maker, dishwasher). If you are over 185cm tall, you will have a problem with the slope, since all the rooms are in the gable. You should also be careful with the hot water: it comes out of the tap almost scalding hot. The bathroom has both a shower and a bathtub. The mattresses are good, not worn out. You should take 180cm for the double beds or 90cm for the single beds. There is a pizzeria and a supermarket in the immediate vicinity, and the bus stop is in front of the door. The house is on the busy Julier Pass road. Normal vehicles cannot be heard on the 4th floor, but motorcycles and sports cars can. And there are some driving along.

The heating in the accommodation is not that good, as it only has small radiators. The TV only has three channels.
