The apartment is very functionally furnished. We really appreciated the modern bathroom and the large sofas in the living room. We felt comfortable.

The advertisement indicated that this unit faced the street. It is actually facing the cantonal road, which is very busy, including traffic at night. So relatively noisy. There is an inaccuracy about this.

The accommodation is very urban. On the 7th floor you can enjoy a wonderful view over the city and the mountains. Due to the urban location, the traffic cannot be ignored. Unfortunately, the large terrace is mostly in the shade in March. The apartment is modern and tastefully furnished and has everything you need. The location is great. You can reach everything on foot and you can drive to the starting points of the ski area in 5 minutes. We felt very comfortable.

We look forward to it every year. Are with Mr.s. and the boss of the allod stübli. The price surcharge from 2022 was not necessary...... soon you will also have to get hotel offers. We would appreciate a small bonus towards us. (6th booking)

Nicely furnished apartment. The beds have a bit too soft mattresses for us. Otherwise everything - except a kettle - is available. With the windows closed, you can hardly hear the street. The cross-country center and the Jakobsbahn are within walking distance.

Early booking made for 2021. Unfortunately only possible from Sunday, I don't think that's good. Would have preferred, like others, booked Saturday to Saturday. Shouldn't be allowed. Restaurant including service great.

Very nice clean apartment. Everything is available what you need in a holiday apartment. (Only the fondue dishes were missing)

We felt good. Since we had our dog with us, the proximity to the park is great. The indoor pool and the bus stop can also be reached in just a few steps.

Modern, centrally located apartment. Unfortunately, the huge terrace was not furnished accordingly and the check-in area was smoky and very unfriendly to our adult son and not accommodating. Hence 1 point deduction.

Apartment was very nice, unfortunately some of the dishes weren't washed, still had mouth prints on the glasses. Not everything was cleaned, only the most necessary. The mirror in the entrance still had a handprint.

The apartment is in an apartment building, after complete reconstruction. A huge terrace with a table, deckchairs .... There is a restaurant in the house. But you can also cook excellently in an apartment in a nice kitchen. The apartment is spacious enough for 6 people (even with children running around). 4 beds and two folding beds - one of them a little softer, but fine for a child. Davos and the surrounding area are wonderful - for children, the elderly and adrenaline junkies :-) all attractions can be drawn from the residence card, so you don't pay anything extra.

Are satisfied, already have the apartment. Booked again for 2020

The apartment was good and central. However, we missed a raclette oven and a fondue rechaud, we saved on the kitchen items... The terrace is great, but despite the fantastically beautiful weather we never had sun during the day. Internet was very slow

Modern apartment in a prime location in the heart of Davos. Very nice bathroom and well equipped kitchen. It has enough crockery and cooking utensils. Also a spacious balcony. Sufficient space for 6 people. We recommend. Friendly management!

The apartment with a dog was perfect for us. Only small disadvantage, the mattresses were a bit too soft for us.

The apartment is designed for 4-6 people. Dishes (spoons, plates, etc.) are only available for 5 max. 6 people. The dishwasher can therefore never be used, since washing up is necessary after every meal (using the machine in this way would be ecologically nonsensical). The upholstered suite in the living room is still comfortable with 3 people, with four it is already too small. The TV should also be larger for this size of apartment and the price range of the apartment. The large balcony is just equipped with 2 garden chairs and 2 wooden beach chairs. You look in vain for a table. Due to this equipment, the balcony can practically not be used. The description says attic apartment. This term describes an apartment on the top floor of a building, usually with a roof terrace. However, this apartment is on the 7th of 8 floors, so it is not an attic apartment with a terrace, but an apartment with a balcony. So it doesn't surprise me that there are no pictures online of this balcony. For the rental price of this apartment I would have expected more and I also feel very misled by the description. The main reason why we chose this apartment was the description of the attic apartment.

The apartment was lightly furnished, but was sufficient for needs. It has an extensive terrace outside. Kitchen well equipped. 5-10 minute walk to Congress Center through adjoining park. Received conflicting information about check-in times, but was able to check in at 14:00 on day of arrival. The receptionist (XXX) was ready for us with check-in information and Davos Travel cards, which were very useful for getting around town and up into the mountains. The restaurant on the first floor of the building serves food from a Swiss menu and we ate there twice and found the food good.

Room on the left, door handle loose, radiator cold, door to the terrace very strict. Insufficient drain at ink, washbasin as well. TV small. A little more crockery and cutlery would be nice.
