Spacious, clean and bright apartment, very well located. BUT the furniture is old. Big negative points. Drawer of a bedside cabinet destroyed, fixings of the doors of a wardrobe defective. WC-bathroom water infiltration of unknown origin. That we mopped up every day to avoid a unpleasant odor. Not recommended in the current state. DAMAGE!

The apartment is generally good. What I recommend is that you replace the light switches in the room in various places, especially when entering the room! These don't always work! Often you have to press two or three times!

The apartment actually was beyond our expectations. It was really specious with a very good layout. Kitchen was fully equipped with all needed frying pans etc. The kitchen stove was old but worked really fast. What we didnt like was the mattresses- they all really old as well as the downy blankets (yellow and old) and they didnt even have the proper cover (one small and thin piece of fabric which cover 1/3 of the mattress dont give you any protection ). The sheets could also be better

We spent our ski holidays in Davos in Allod Park. Everything was perfect. Nice, big and clean apartment, close to ski bus (runs every 8 min to Persen). Great value for price!

The apartment is pretty spacious and big. We were two families with one child each. Perfect. Only the beds or mattresses/slatted frames would have to be replaced.

The electrical installation in the kitchen and bedroom could be renewed. The mattresses aren't the best either. Very few water drinking glasses.

Location of the apartment very central. Max. 5 minutes walk to the bus and ice rink. Friendly welcome. Unfortunately, the apartment is getting old. Very bad beds and furniture partly broken. Socket in the kitchen fixed with adhesive strips and the light in the bedroom only works partially. But the apartment was clean.
