We were in an apartment in this house for the 3rd time and as always very satisfied! Also with the service! Well equipped kitchen, renovated bathroom, WiFi worked perfectly. It just has a carpet, which is why the air in the apartment was very dry, but otherwise great.

The apartment is appropriately furnished. Duvets and pillows are old and dirty. For this rental price we expected: a table on the balcony, a capsule coffee machine, as well as a hair dryer.

Very practical and pleasant apartment. Completely renovated bathroom ;-) Kitchen a little "old-fashioned" but practical. Nice view. Lift. Fast Wi-Fi. We felt like fish in water!!!!

Pleasant apartment. Big enough. Enough storage space. Everything in good condition, if a bit old. Not enough sockets in the bedrooms. Walls should be freshly painted (shadows from earlier hung pictures).

The apartment is getting a bit old. A new coat of paint in the living room and various utensils in the kitchen should definitely be renewed (salad servers, paring knife, whisk, a large pan, etc.) On the large balcony there is only 1 chair (with a gap in the backrest) and two deck chairs. Too bad, at least 4 chairs and maybe a small table would be ideal. Bedroom new bed available, bathroom is very good.

Overall, both the apartment and the structure are adequate. The property is located a stone's throw from the indoor pool and the practical playground for those with children. The bus stop is just a stone's throw away. There is also the possibility to rent a parking space in the convenient garage connected by lift to the apartment.

Beautiful apartment with carpet and solid furniture. A bit old (especially the kitchen equipment), but everything is clean and functional. Well suited with small children. Less suitable with pets because of the carpet. The location near a park with a playground, indoor pool and 10 minutes walking distance to the railways is just perfect with children.
