Positive surprise, a new fridge has been installed, really great! In addition, the lights above the dining table and bedroom have finally been replaced! There is still great potential for mattresses, duvets and bedding. The covers are so thin that some of them are already torn! We have already booked for next year and would be very happy if there would be an improvement here soon!

+ We really enjoyed these holidays at Utoring 30! Very cozy, sunny and quiet, nice balcony with a great view. - Floor was dirty: our feet/socks turned black. Is only sucked and not recorded? - We missed raclette ovens / fondue dishes. - On the booking homepage, it didn't say that "sauna+swimming pool" was subject to a charge. Usually this is noted. We were quite disappointed about that and therefore gave up a short visit to the sauna.

Beautiful apartment in a great location, unfortunately very poorly maintained: the lock on the apartment door was so tight that the key bent. Lubricated the lock with olive oil, now it works again, but still needs to be lubricated with professional oil. The bent key must also be replaced, otherwise there is a risk that it will break off in the lock. There is no flap to the freezer compartment in the refrigerator. The cable covers on two ceiling lights are defective.

The apartment has everything you need for a relaxing stay. There was even a Nespresso coffee machine. We really enjoyed our stay and wish we could have stayed longer!

The apartment has everything you need including a beautiful view. There is no visual barrier to the neighboring balcony. But since nobody was there, it wasn't a problem for us. It wouldn't matter in the winter anyway. Surprisingly, WiFi was also available. The password was available from the key holder on request.

Very close to the ski lift (5 minutes on foot, small beautiful ski area with a lot of charm) and also close to the cross-country ski run (2 minutes, cross-country ski run partly in the forest - for connoisseurs), well developed by public transport. Very sunny apartment with a small balcony, functionally furnished. Supervision of the apartment by Hotel Solaria in Bivio optimal (keys, final cleaning, laundry.....). We'd love to come back :-)

Room layout was great. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. Large balcony with lots of sun and a great view. Beds were unfortunately very soft and around 5 o'clock in the morning you were woken up by loud bell people. Otherwise we had a nice weekend.

This little apartment is very charming and has everything you need! The sun comes out on the balcony very early and stays there all day! So great for not going skiing! Ski lift is a few meters from the house and the cross-country ski trail is right outside the door! We had super nice holidays!

The place is ideal for admiring the landscape and hiking without using a car. On the other hand, the equipment in the studio tends to deteriorate, sheets and towels worn out, which I wouldn't dare give to guests! And no Wifi which becomes a real handicap, except in the hall in front of the swimming pool...

The lighting in the kitchen is a fire hazard and needs to be replaced urgently. The bulbs are only hanging on the power cable because the bracket is broken. The lighting in the bedroom also needs to be replaced.
