first-class location to the mountain railway and slopes; good winter walks to Falera, Laax, Flims, Conn; well equipped kitchen; large balcony; safe ski and shoe cellar; underground car park recommended; helpful caretaker easily accessible; Poor TV reception and Internet access despite attempted repairs by local specialist; Rent at a Swiss level that takes some getting used to!

Received exactly what the description said. + super equipment for the kitchen + very nice greeting + very quiet - getting old - ski room has no ski boot heater - detail :-) only a rubbish bag for a week

Unfortunately, the WiFi stopped working after 1 day and was never restored. In addition, it was cold in the apartment because the heating didn't work and despite our requests, it wasn't heated. Otherwise we felt comfortable in the apartment and would book it again.

Too small with children. Old standard bathroom. Ski room very poor dehumidification. Had to take the ski boots into the apartment, something urgently needs to be done.
