+ very convenient location to the mountain railways and the end of the slopes; + good shopping for self-catering in the immediate vicinity; + Bus stops easily accessible; + sufficiently large parking space in the underground car park; + quiet, neat and clean house in a quiet environment; + very friendly and helpful caretaker; - There are no suitable devices for drying ski boots in the ski room!
