Open kitchen (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra). Bath/WC. Balcony, south facing position. Balcony furniture. Beautiful view of the mountains, the countryside and the resort. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking space n 12. Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.

In the resort, in a quiet, sunny position, 1 km from the skiing area, in a cul-de-sac. For shared use: property, garden. In the house: sauna (extra). Storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Motor access to the house. Parking at the house. Shop, grocery 500 m, restaurant 300 m, bus stop 200 m, indoor swimming pool 4 km. Mountain railway 1 km, ski lift 1 km, ski school 1 km, sled run 1 km, cross country ski track 500 m, ice field 3 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Weisse Arena Flims/Laax 1 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Caumasee 3 km, Crestasee 1 km, Laaxersee 6 km. ski bus (free of charge) in front of the house (20 m).

The apartment conforms to the description. Small well appointed and very well equipped kitchen. The bedding is very comfortable and there is a very pleasant calm to relax. The bus stop is right in front of the building and in just 5 minutes you are at the foot of the ski lifts. The magnificent Caumasee is nearby. We highly recommend this accommodation.

we felt very comfortable. The apartment was very suitable for 4 people and equipped with everything you need. The small balcony is still sunny in the afternoon and offers a beautiful view. Everything was very clean and check-in and check-out was uncomplicated. We had a great stay.

We enjoyed the simple but well-equipped apartment, the great location with bus connection, sun on the terrace and the extremely friendly contact of the landlord. There were 5 of us, which was absolutely perfect for a longer weekend with the purpose of being close to the ski area, but probably not suitable for a longer, comfortable stay.

Beautiful view from the terrace. Spokojna neighborhood, 15 minutes walk to the center of Flim. Well-equipped kitchen but without a dishwasher. Ski bus stop opposite the building. There is a ski room but without a shoe dryer. Parking space right next to the building.

The apartment is well equipped, very clean, located just 5 meters from the Skibus stop. There is a public sauna in the building for an extra charge. Great view of the mountains from the balcony. Perfectly working internet. I would highly recommend !

For us as a family with three teenage children, the apartment was perfect and very comfortable. The kitchen was new and well equipped. However, there is no water heater. The candy was the complete raclette and cheese fondue set for a sufficient number of people. A sunny balcony was also available. The location to the ski bus right outside the front door was great. The car could stay in the designated parking lot for almost 13 days. We'd love to come back...

The apartment is just opposite the bus stop. Mountain railways and Flims Waldhaus can be reached within minutes. Furnished very functionally, without a dishwasher, but everything else that is needed, including a great Nespresso machine! Beds very low which may be difficult for older people. Evening sun on the balcony with a wonderful view of the mountains and Flims Waldhaus. Very nice landlady.

The apartment in Flims was perfect for our group of 5. We had enough space and felt comfortable. The apartment is very clean and has everything you need. The bus takes you directly to the valley station in Flims in 5 minutes. Perfect!

Good location... own parking lot, sauna, balcony with a beautiful view, quiet house... everything you need is there. Cleanliness is rather poor... The beds are very deep... Mattresses okay. Some pieces of furniture and sockets are defective or unusable.
