Chalet La Poya

the house was nice and cozy. It could be cleaner. The location is perfect for those seeking peace and quiet. A good car is required, especially in winter. The tourist office is very friendly and helpful. We liked it a lot.

+ We really liked it, clean and comfortable. Well furnished and had salt, pepper, washing-up liquid and various caquelons or wine glasses etc. Unfortunately there was no wood to burn on site, you have to get and pay for it yourself. - There are no 3 rooms but 1 double room and 1 double room with a small séparée with a bunk bed. Great for us (4 adults, 1 child) for more adults it would be too narrow for us.

Magnificent chalet, clean, well located with a beautiful view.

A beautiful chalet with a fantastic view. We were very pleasantly surprised when we arrived, beautiful location and cozy decor. The chalet is at the end of a cul de sac so it is nice and quiet. The region is very beautiful and there is a lot to see. The tourist office in Moleson is also the point of contact and they were very friendly and helpful. We certainly hope to come back here again.

The prospectus said 3 BEDROOMS when we arrived we realized that wasn't really true. There were probably 6 beds, but the bunk bed was in the one bedroom, I don't want to sleep with a couple in the room, so there were only 2 BEDROOMS .and so I had to sleep on the couch in the drawing room all week and that was also everyone's common room.so I didn't have any privacy at all.and sleeping on the couch wasn't that fun either. Pure disappointment.

house in total. ok bed linen was clean cutlery drawer was dirty beds very hard, since no mattress insert special boards! Garden wasn't mowed, tall grass everywhere on flagstones

Unfortunately one speaks of three rooms, but there are only two. Whole apartment full of cat hair, luckily we weren't allergic.

Superb house, very clean and beautiful. The landscape is splendid.

Cozy cottage, well furnished, clean and nice and quiet. For 6 people it would be too small in my opinion. We felt very comfortable.

Chalet well furnished, very suitable for families. Hiking trails and excursions ideal. New pan set would be desirable, otherwise great condition and great accommodation.

Very neat and clean house. Unfortunately only with 2 bedrooms, the "3rd room" is a narrow tube, integrated into another room. Not recommended for teenagers who want their own room. Car parking space in front of the house means parking on the side of the road, which is quite tedious when there is snow or snow clearing. Nothing is possible without a car except hiking, everything is quite far away. The ski area is very friendly but also very small. We still had a good time.

The chalet is very romantic and stylish. We were pleasantly surprised by the size (4 adults). 110 m2 spread over 2 floors is absolutely fine. The sometimes criticized facility (couch) suited us. However, there were also a few small inconveniences: the bathtub leaked, crockery and cooking utensils could be expanded and it was a bit unfortunate that the owners used most of the larger cupboards for themselves and therefore could not be used.

The only thing that wasn't so nice were the sofas otherwise great

The view was very nice but most of the existing things were missing, e.g.: only a rubbish bag for a week, soap dispenser empty, kitchen paper empty, Kien cleaning material, too little cleaning agent for the dishwasher. Nowhere was it mentioned that snow chains were needed to get to the house in winter, so you had to buy some on site.

Amazing chalet, better than the pictures! The region is superb! Very well equipped...

I highly recommend this Chalet in which we spent a weekend !!

All in all great and according to our expectations. Only the balcony table and the associated seating, which is more of a festival furniture, wobbled and squeaked and does not correspond to the rest of the furniture in the house. The drain in the kitchen needs revision, but this did not pose an obstacle to use. We would like to thank you for the smooth process and the great organization. Best regards, BM & SH

Great location with a magnificent view of mountains and valleys. Uncomplicated service. WiFi is ok. Beautiful hikes possible.

Very nice, quiet chalet on the edge of the village with a beautiful view of the valley. Overall very well equipped and very comfortably furnished. But we still have a few small comments. The sofa is already a bit worn, also the balcony furniture. The cooking pots should be replaced. Otherwise everything is top notch.

We enjoyed this comfortable house, all the children and the dog enjoyed it visibly. Enjoyed the beautiful view in the kitchen, the wonderful winter weather and a beautiful sun.

According to the documents, we should have been able to move into the accommodation from 2 p.m. on arrival. Unfortunately we had to wait until 4 p.m. because the previous guests checked out later.

Can only recommend it to everyone... The neighbors were very nice and very friendly.. We felt very comfortable and the house had everything you could need...❤️❤️❤️

A magnificent chalet#

It is a magnificent chalet superbly well decorated a beautiful equipped kitchen a very beautiful fireplace very comfortable bedding a terrace with a magnificent view of the mountains and the Moléson in a magnificent green setting near magnificent hikes from the funicular and the village of Gruyères is really splendid

only downside: the cleaning ladies had forgotten to leave the sheets at the chalet, so we only received the sheets from Sunday. The bunk bed part is too small/cramped. The chalet is perfect for 4 people in the summer.

The chalet was very clean and very well furnished, we felt at home from the moment we walked in. It was perfect for us with our dog! With small children, the apartment is perhaps not so recommendable because of the stairs, so a safety gate might have to be installed. The key holders were very friendly.

We had a great time. the chalet is very comfortable with a superb view and quiet, which is what we were looking for. we are going back there at the end of the year.

The sink pipe in the bathroom is quickly clogged and has been since at least October. Flies appear in the chalet even if the windows are closed...already reported also in October. The foldable table on the balcony loses a lot of pieces of wood, it's not very pleasant... More than 2,000.-Chf for 7 days and no change since October, it's a bit exaggerated... .all that because we're on a break...

Unfortunately, there is no shopping facility in the immediate vicinity

Small but very nice house. Has been furnished with lots of love. Even when it comes to kitchen appliances, it has almost everything like at home.

The accommodation We really liked the Chalet La Poya. The house is in good condition, the furnishings are high quality, the living rooms are lovingly decorated. The floor plan is practical in the arrangement and division of the two floors. From the street you go down a few steps to the main entrance, which leads to the upper floor where there is an entrance, a small bathroom, a living and dining room and an open kitchen. In the basement are 2 bedrooms, one with 4 beds (double bed & bunk bed), 1 large bathroom, laundry room. The equipment leaves nothing to be desired. The modern kitchen is well equipped with all kinds of kitchen utensils and appliances, including an XXX coffee machine. A downer is the modest capacity of the boiler, the hot water is only sufficient for half a bath - and that would be a highlight. The location Chalet La Poya is at the very top of the village. Correspondingly with wonderful foresight. The only access road is a challenge in winter, only manageable with 4x4 or snow chains. In theory, the house could also be reached on foot, but the ascent should be extremely strenuous even in snow-free conditions. A car is mandatory. The village of Moléson is more a station than a village. It offers no shopping possibilities, only has 1 restaurant. The tow bar lift and magic carpet down in the valley station are ideal for learning to ski. Inexpensive and family-friendly (subscription transferable) the points system for Dorflife. In addition, there's even more to offer up on the mountain.

As the title suggests, the house was well equipped!

Everything was perfect ... except the heating which we could not adjust (too hot ...)

The house had everything you need. It was dusty and it was clear that dogs had also walked. We were given the impression that no one has sat there for a while. Although it had been cleaned, it had not been used for a while. The kitchen is fully equipped and the view from the balcony is excellent. The house is about 20 minutes from the highway. The first gas station is also located here. The six beds were hard and creaky. Two of the beds (bunk bed) are not suitable for people with claustrophobia. The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, which ensures a serene tranquility. There was a TV in the house, but no channels were pre-programmed. The WI-FI was in order, although the reception on the balcony was poor. The sofa was oddly situated and stood in the middle of the house, it was also worn out. Bathroom was fine, enough space though the tap of the shower was leaking. There were also two toilets available. Recommended? Yes, it gives peace and a relaxed atmosphere. Although the house is certainly not perfect.
