As I arrived, I noticed that we would be 5-10 minutes late. So I decided to call the owner to warn her. Very bad idea...I get insulted and yelled at. I can't even finish my sentence. During the inventory, the owner is extremely authoritarian. She explains to me that if she finds the slightest scratch or mark on the pans, she will take 300frs (cost). As a result we weren't able to cook, in short a HORRIBLE welcome

Magnificent chalet from the 60s, very well maintained, has all the amenities, very clean. We appreciated the absence of often expired food products that are frequently found in other rentals.

On arrival reception / departure: we feel exaggerated information / control of household effects: eg glasses under a lamp to check stripes, check pots not for cleanliness but for the necessary shine Inox, photos design kitchen cabinets ... If you can not let go of such things It is best not to rent. The furniture is neat, maintained but dated. Not really recommended to go with full company (11 people), then it is difficult to sit together, both inside and outside. Beautiful view.

Large, well furnished holiday home with a beautiful garden! Quiet location and yet central. The caretaker PM is very nice and helpful. He prepared the house wonderfully for us and was always there for us. He also gave us many tips for excursions and things to do, thank you again! We felt very comfortable and had a great time. We will definitely spend our holidays again in this beautiful chalet!

(August; 4 adults and 5 children) The house is located in a quiet residential area. It has a balcony at the front (nice view), part of which is covered so that you do not have to go inside immediately when it rains. Sleeping is spread over the basement, living area and upper floor (lots of privacy). The kitchen is very extensive with plates, dishes, etc. The owner expects everything to be in the same place on departure as on arrival. The deposit was returned immediately upon departure.

We had a great time in the Chalet Clairval in Charmey. xxx was always there to give us information and to help us with anything we might need. The kitchen is well equipped and everything works great. The shower is hot and strong. The TV is a smart TV, just there is no xxx in Switzerland, but xxx worked fine. Thank you xxx for everything!
