Helene Apt. Hella Apartment 3

Dear Sir or Madam, there were a few things that I would like to tell you briefly: There were two places in the apartment with black mold, one on the kitchen window and one on the floor of the kitchen, outside wall. The number of towels was rather inadequate, although they were supposed to be there. Since it is a basement apartment, there were a few "cellar woodlice" and spiders with cobwebs. However, the location was very good and the size of the rooms was OK.

The apartment is well furnished and ideal for 3 people. Since it is a basement apartment, it is relatively damp and tends to develop mold.

Good location. Looked far, but there is not much of a uphill or downhill walk which makes it much easier. View from apartment is beautiful. Apartment itself has a warm decor, and is also clean, spacious with the kitchen pretty well stocked. Wifi worked, but was a little weak. I used my own data plan instead. Pillows are pretty soft for my liking, but pretty much the norm in Europe I think. Some improvements could be providing tissues and a non stick frying pan.

It was a quiet location, exactly what I wanted. Nice view over Lauterbrunnen valey. It's a bit far from the center of Wengen, but quietness and center don't match. It takes aprox 10 min from the railway station. It had everything we needed. A balcony would have been nice, but it's at ground level, so no balcony posible.

We are in the 80s and the distance from the train to the apartment is about 3/4 Of a mail. We are physically fit so it took it all in stride. This is an excellent apartment. It also a great value.

This apartment was great for 3 people. The view from the windows are so beautiful. My son insists that when he returns to Switzerland he will only stay in Wengen and will choose this place again.

Old and dark apartment. Interior is in need of renovation. Good price/quality ratio though. Good views on the Lauterbrunnen valley. Far from the town centre in a quiet area. However, the sound of the refrigerator drove me nuts. I was glad I could sleep in the separate bedroom. Definitely not suitable for 3 persons (the 4 chairs don't even fit under the kitchen table). Maybe OK for 2 persons, but then you have to sleep in the living room and put up with the noise of the refrigerator.

We were two friends and enjoyed being able to sleep separately. The apartment is big enough. The view from the window was awesome. Unfortunately there was no seating outside of the apartment. The extractor fan in the kitchen and the extractor in the bathroom did not work. Likewise the one HDMI input channel. We've been working around it. There was ample seating within the apartment. We felt good.

Beds and amenities are good. Unfortunately the terrace was overgrown with plants and there was no explanation whatsoever about the fact that there was also a washing machine and also garden chairs. Unfortunately, we found this wine too late. Upon arrival there was a form stating that dogs were not allowed, but the website states that this is possible. Furthermore, there is no sitting area, only a kitchen table and some loose chairs

We had a great holiday in this beautiful and friendly place in Wengen. We were at chalet Helene where we are much more.

Living space was satisfactory, but unfortunately the location was sad. Didn't understand that in the application. Unfortunately.

Very friendly handover and administration. Everything was available in the apartment. Very comfortably furnished.

Beautifully situated facility in a quiet neighborhood. The view from the windows in front of the mountains. You can walk to the center in a few minutes.

Great view, everything you need is there

Lovely apartment in Wengen from where you can make the most fantastic trips in all kinds of ways. It is situated in the Jungfrau region where the area is dominated by the Eiger Mönch and Jungfrau. Beautiful !!!

Very satisfied with the accommodation and the stay in Wengen and its surroundings...

The basics-comfortable beds, lots of storage space, great little kitchen. Everything was sparkling clean when we arrived. Use of communal washing machine/iron. Room was nice and warm. Check in at the Interhome office was fast and efficient. Extra-The best view we have ever had from any accomodation in any country! The house sits at the edge of the village of Wengen (10 minute walk from the station) and so there is nothing to block the view right up the Lauterbrunnen valley. Every morning and evening we would sit at the window and marvel at the changing light in the valley and the mountains beyond. We will be coming back to this property.
