Spacious and bright, renovated in 2023, very comfortable and tasteful furnishings: open living/dining room with panoramic window with 1 sofabed, dining table and flat screen. Positive: modern apartment, well furnished, good location. Negative: 1) The property is managed by a caretaker service. There was no response to two emails regarding the handover of the keys. Contact was only made by phone. 2) The apartment was supposed to be handed over at 4 p.m. We had to wait until 4.30 p.m. because the apartment was still being cleaned. 3) The apartment has underfloor heating, which unfortunately (despite asking) is not explained. The heating was set too warm for us.

The apartment is adequate, everything is there for what one needs, clean. In a residential area, but a boring environment. Communication with the manager was very poor. No response to an email about the arrival time, no response to phone calls. When we arrived at the apartment he answered the phone after many calls and we got a video where we could get the key from a safe. The special garbage bags that are mandatory in Switzerland were not present etc etc etc
