The apartment is very well equipped, very clean. Two balconies at the front and back, a little more at the back. Crockery and cutlery is not a hodgepodge of the last 10 generations but from a single source. The 102 steps from the parking lot to the entrance should not be underestimated ;-) Nice, or IMPORTANT, would be at least one additional key, especially if the residents have different daily programs.
