Gletscherhorn II (Tapia)

+ very central location + everything in the immediate vicinity (Coop, Migros and bakery within walking distance) + good, uncomplicated communication regarding key handover - although 3 beds and a baby cot were booked, only 2 beds were made up - mattresses all superficially soft or saggy and some dirty - apartment was only superficially cleaned, floor still had traces of crumbs from the previous occupants and fittings and hob in the kitchen were not clean and greasy, the same in the shower It was ok for 2 nights.

The apartment was well equipped. The only thing that would have been nice was that the coffee machine was broken and no capsules or an alternative solution was offered (e.g. kettle with coffee powder).

Good day The holiday apartment was not cleaned properly. There were cut toenails on the carpet in the bedroom! We had to descale the coffee machine first. I reset the cistern in the toilet, but water was constantly running through it. The mattresses in the bedroom are saggy. I swapped the mattresses in the living room with the mattresses in the bedroom, but they are also saggy. We are already disappointed.

Everything worked out great.

Good apartment only the mattresses, especially the sofa bed, are very thin.

Apartment could be cleaner, mattresses are very soft. Neighborhood was very unfriendly.
