Unfortunately, the property is clearly in disrepair in many places. This ranges from falling-off door handles and heating thermostats to a tabletop that's only been put on the floor. Despite repeated reminders, the landlord was unwilling to turn on the heating in the house due to the cool evening and night temperatures.
