The windows are in poor condition, the putty is falling out, the shower is practically unusable due to mold growth around the edges and inside, the shower glass is contaminated, and there are burnt residues on the stovetop and pots on the floor. It's not just the landlord's fault; every tenant has a responsibility to clean their used appliances, dishes, etc. Nevertheless, we would rent it again; it's a great location.
