Very well equipped rental. Nice view of Denia and the castle. Very clean house with very appreciable air conditioning. Pool not huge but enough to cool off and play. Good location. Close to the center and the beach. Dead end to park. There was wifi but we did not have internet. Otherwise highly recommended.

No speed at the wifi level, connects but impossible to send a simple email ... Pool broken down all week despite multiple interventions by a technician who did not have the part to repair, so dirty water all the week. Otherwise comfortable house with good equipment, we just think we had the wrong week. Damage....

Ideal house to spend a few days with the family. The perfect cleanliness, great location, close to the town but at the same time away from the hustle and bustle. The house with many qualities and cared for. They do not lack detail in the kitchen or in the rooms. The attention for the collection and return of keys very well too. Highly recommended !!!

The house is very comfortable and with everything you need to spend some wonderful days of rest. But the cleaning service that was before our arrival left much to be desired: dirty utensils, barbecue with the rest of the food, ... in the garden ... The televisions in the rooms as they go by satellite we could not see anything in Spanish, and the indications of the appliances were also in German. Despite these details, we were very comfortable and had a great time

We were in the house for the second time, it is just great, everything you need is there, very neat and quiet. You can also get along well in the house because the host has described everything well as well as important switches or taps that you have to open and close. There is television in German and English. But you need a set of wheels because you have to walk a long way to get down into town, and as I said you have to go up the mountain so you have to take your car or bike with you.
