We got there late at night and it was really cold.We were freezing and no info how to turn the ac of and get some heat.We had to wait till next morning to call and get info how to work the mickie mouse remote control.No info on anything!!.We had to leave at 4.30AM to get the first plane from Alicante to madrid and was told to bring the keys to their office miles away in the dark.We could not find the office so we left it on the table and closed the door.All in all it was just ok

The apartment is great, very clean, quiet and in a good location. We have had a great vacation and we do not rule out repeating again. I recommend it without a doubt.

The stay well, comfortable, spacious. But problems with electrical power, without light on 4-5 occasions just by putting the hob, call for maintenance. Without wifi, the technician came and it did not work. Little light in bathrooms. And the main problem, my stay includes parking and I could not use it as I did not know the agency in which parking lot, of the three that existed, in which was my place number 7. They indicated two parking spaces and none was the correct one. Without solution. ...

Check-in was very long. They gave us the keys and very good directions but no one accompanied us. They did not tell us the assigned parking space, and the control below did not work .. I parked upstairs. There was no where to hang towels in the bathrooms or shelves. The apartment is very good, spacious, comfortable beds, clean. The new kitchen and the appliances working well. Only the microwave oven but they gave us a new one. Clean and well-kept urbanization and swimming pool. And a free cava.
