House "Igor", 2 storeys. In the district of Balcón al Mar, in a sunny position on a slope, residential area (villas), 500 m from the sea, south facing position. Private: terraced garden (fenced) with wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool (5 x 12 m, depth 110 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower. Stepped path (17 steps) to the house. Public parking on the road. Supermarket 1 km, restaurant 600 m, sandy beach "Arenal" 8 km pebble beach "La Barraca" 5 km, shingle beach "Granadella" 5 km. Please note: not suitable for small children. Owner lives in separate semi-detached house. The owner rarely occupies the upper floor.

Location Description Jávea

Well-known resort with 38'000 inhabitants, in the eastern part of the region, in a convenient position, 110 km south-east from Valencia, 90 km north-east from Alicante. In the resort: shopping centre, supermarket, shops, restaurant, bar, disco, evening entertainment. Thanks to its mild climate and unique situation, Javea is suitable for winter holidays too. Fish auction every afternoon in the port, covered market. Typical fiestas: San Juan in June and Moors and Christians in July. The houses are often situated in the hills 5 - 15 km from the centre and a car is therefore necessary. In hot dry periods water may be rationed and by municipal order, for fire prevention, the use of barbecues may be prohibited. R:EGVT-5-A.
