Good location, close to beach, promenade. Supermarket around the corner. House equipped with all comforts. Small minus point bed very small. 140x200. Fortunately there were still 2x single beds. No WiFi

With a beautiful garden where there is a barbecue and a porch with a dining table. A lot of privacy, if you want to have the car guarded there is a square in front of the house. A 10-minute walk from El Arenal beach Cons: I found a dirty plate stored, it generates distrust with the cleaning that in general seemed to me to be rather well adjusted, there is a lack of various utensils, cabinets, power in the light (we had two blackouts) fast resolution by Interhome. Summary: cozy, comfortable, well located but expensive.

Some downsides: the garden surrounding the villa is not usable because it is invaded by insects, .... Multitude of voracious mosquitoes and last on the advertisement we spoke of 300 meters for access to the Arenal which does not is not correct we had to take the car.

The house is very well located, near the most beautiful coves of Javea. The best thing about the house is the terrace and the garden with the barbecue.

We spent 2 weeks at JAVEA, the house perfectly matches the descriptions and photos. We were 10min walk to the beach, 3min walk to the mall. A pleasure to leave the car and to do everything on foot. The only downside is the air conditioning in the room blows hot air and crashes after a while

We liked the holiday home very much, the equipment was wonderful, even in the garden everything was available, from the stone fireplace, to gate loungers, oil torches and outdoor lighting, which we needed for a successful stay. The location on a very busy street is briefly irritating, but is not a problem. It is a 5-minute walk to the beach. The only downside: in the bathroom it smells like something is wrong with the drain in the shower. But that should be easy to fix.
