Only 1st floor is for rent. Beautiful, cosy villa "Batavia". In the district of Balcón al Mar, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position in the residential district, 300 m from the sea. Private: garden 1'300 m2 (fenced), swimming pool (5 x 10 m, depth 150 - 250 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, garden furniture. In the house: central heating system. Stepped path (19 steps) to the house. Supermarket 1 km, restaurant 1 km, bar 1 km, bakery 1 km, sandy beach "Arenal" 8 km pebble beach "Porticholl" 5 km, shingle beach "Granadella" 6 km, diving center 2 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

Location Description Jávea

Well-known resort with 38'000 inhabitants, in the eastern part of the region, in a convenient position, 110 km south-east from Valencia, 90 km north-east from Alicante. In the resort: shopping centre, supermarket, shops, restaurant, bar, disco, evening entertainment. Thanks to its mild climate and unique situation, Javea is suitable for winter holidays too. Fish auction every afternoon in the port, covered market. Typical fiestas: San Juan in June and Moors and Christians in July. The houses are often situated in the hills 5 - 15 km from the centre and a car is therefore necessary. In hot dry periods water may be rationed and by municipal order, for fire prevention, the use of barbecues may be prohibited. R:EGVT-5-A.
