Roofed, parking at the house, public parking on the road. Parking space or garage only for small to medium-sized cars. Shop, grocery, supermarket 50 m, restaurant 10 m, bar 80 m, bakery 10 m, café 80 m, sandy beach "Playa Concha" 60 m. Groups of teenagers on request only. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

Location Description Oropesa del Mar

Tourist town located 20 km north of Castelló de la Plana and 13 km south of Benicàssim. Penyíscola, 65 km. Between the theme parks Port Aventura and Tierra Mitica, Oropesa del Mar is internationally known for its good climate, the natural beauty of its fine sandy beaches, coves and cliffs, for its gastronomy based on seafood, for the history of its monuments. To highlight, the marina and the picturesque old town. It is a town with a lively nightlife. Several events and festivals throughout the year: Moors and Christians in October, Fiestas Patronales in late June (the Sant Jaume, not July 25 as we put now), bonfires for San Juan Proximity to natural areas such as: Natural Park of Cabanes (5km), natural park of the Sierra d'Irta (40km), Salto de la Novia in Navajas (90km), Fuente de Baños in Montanejos (90KM).
