Beautiful sea view, unfortunately a bit far from Torrevieja

Plus: right on the south, maximum sun, clean, enough to get warm. Minus: points of deferred maintenance; - lock difficult, solved itself with some graphite oil, - roller blinds broken, - kettle broken, - one of the four hob defective, in torrential rain and 5 Bft of water under the front door.
