Comfortable villa "Ma-Nita". In the district of Monte Pego, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position in the residential district, 8 km from the sea, in a cul-de-sac. Private: property 1'300 m2 (fenced) with flowers and trees, swimming pool kidney shaped (4 x 8 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower. In the house: central heating system. Shop 5 km, supermarket 5 km, shopping centre 12 km, restaurant, bar 500 m, bus stop 9 km, sandy beach 8 km. Golf course (18 hole) 12 km, tennis 500 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Lively place on a fantastic location, at the foot of the Montgó Natural Park in front of the Marine Reserve of Cap de Sant Antoni. Currently, this historic town is the Capital of Creative Gastronomy by UNESCO and is world-famous for its culinary offer. Supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars, broad and animated nightlife complete the offer with sun and beach. Large shopping centre "Portal de la Marina" in Ondara (8 km from Denia). Très bon accueil. Maison jardin et piscine très bien entretenus. Calme assuré car située dans une impasse. Les couchers de soleil sont toujours différents et splendides. Petit bémol sur l isolation sonore entre les deux étages.

Extrem sauber, atemberaubender Panoramablick, freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Service, herrlicher Pool - Luxus pur!! Man sollte allerdings wissen, dass es für die Bettdecken kulturell bedingt zum Beziehen nur Laken gibt. Jederzeit wieder!!
